Garlic
We grow a variety of hardneck garlic - Porcelain, Rocambole, Purple Stripe and Asiatic. This garlic is different from most garlic purchased in chain grocery stores which are usually softneck garlic. Hardneck garlic’s flavor can vary greatly based on the variety. Some can have a more robust garlic flavor, some have sweet, yet robust flavor and some can have a down right hot garlic flavor. Most of our garlic is used to produce our garlic salt or can be found in our rubs.
