Clary Sage

Clary Sage is a member of the Salvia family. It is a biennial plant that is native to the northern Mediterranean basin. Although the young leave of Clary Sage can be eaten it is grown more for its softer, sweeter scent. We produce hydrosol and essential oil from our Clary Sage.
